'The Emotional Liability' is scented nostalgia, snacks and unresolved feelings. Best paired with emotional over-identification and a blanket. Soft on the outside, emotional landmine on the inside. This candle is a warm hug wrapped in emotional damage. Best enjoyed during mental health days and 'I'm fine' messages typed through tears.

Office Ethnics candles are hand poured in small batches using RCX wax (a sustainable blend of rapeseed and coconut), cotton wicks and fine fragrances created by European perfumers inline with IFRA standards. Each candle is 220g with an approximate 40-hour burn. Please read candle care before lighting, chaos is our brand, fire hazards are not.

Materials

  • Hand-poured using a sustainable rapeseed & coconut (RCX) wax blend.
  • 100% cotton wick for clean, even burn.
  • Fine fragrance oils developed by leading perfumers and compliant with IFRA safety standards.
  • Vegan, cruelty-free and fee from paraffin or phthalates.

Burn Time

  • Approx. 220g/40 hours burn time.
  • Designed to burn cleanly and evenly with proper candle care.

Candle Care

Your candle isn't high maintenance but it does have standards.

  • Always trim your wick 5mm before lighting.
  • Keep it lit until the melt pool reaches the edges and avoid drafts (no one likes drama).
  • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time or leave unattended - unless your plan is to burn down more than just your bridges.
