We're fast, but not Amazon-fast. Every candle is hand-poured, packed and shipped with care - which means a little more love, a little less drone delivery. 

Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Times

• UK & Domestic: usually 2-5 business days depending on carrier mood swings. 
• Internationally: delivery depends on how generous customs is feeling, we cannot control this.

Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout. Because candles are heavy, but vibes are priceless.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. 

Damages

If you candle arrives looking like it fought a battle, email us with photos and we'll fix it.
