Refund policy

We're chill, but not in the 'return half a burned candle three weeks later' way. 

Returns: Unused candles in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds: Once we get your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. 

Exchanges: Not offered (yet).

Damaged or Defected Items: If your order arrived damaged, email EMAIL within 7 days with photos. We'll replace it or refund you - no fuss.

Non-returnable: Once a wick has been lit, we can't accept returns (burning them counts as commitment)

If in doubt, reach out - we'd rather fix the issue than leave you in the dark.
